Secret Squirrel - Autumn/Winter 2012

We're pretty excited about Secret Squirrel's latest Winter collection 'Art Class'. Straight lines and bold prints combined with subtle colours - it's perfection! Melbourne-based artist Ainslie Fletcher was employed to create the striking yardage prints used throughout the collection. Her hand-painted designs were influenced by the aesthetic of modernist artists Paul Klee and Anni Albers, native American Indian handicrafts and quilts and quilting techniques, and became the main source of inspiration for the range. Secret Squirrel never fail to create beautifully easy clothes that can be worn anywhere.
