Her clients have included Sportsgirl, Lego, Etsy, Wolfmother, SBS, Woolworths, InsideOut and Frankie Magazine. When she’s not cutting, pasting or sewing you can find her teaching creative workshops, producing DIY projects for a variety of publications, or on a forever quest to create the world’s most perfectly rounded pom pom. At this Creative Women's Circle event, Kit will discuss her career path to this point, her involvement with Etsy Australia, the challenges of a career in a niche industry and more. Emily Green, best known for her super-colourful polymer clay beaded necklaces, will discuss her personal experiences with facing copyright infringements and imitators. WHERE: Off The Kerb Gallery (66B Johnston St, Collingwood, Melbourne) WHEN: Friday 28th February from 6-9pm Off The Kerb is proud to present 'Hoarder', a new body of work by emerging Melbourne-based artist Mitch Walder that dips into the congestion of intellectual hoarding by creating chaotic paintings and drawings. Each artwork uniquely depicts an entropic environment, full of colour and character in which the base of Mitch's imagination derives. The show opens February 28th and runs until March 14th.
