Featured Illustrators: Mrzyk & Moriceau

Mrzyk & Moriceau are two contemporary artists from Montjean-sur-Loire, France. Together the eccentric duo create surreal and kaleidoscopic imagery that teeters on the absurd, humorous, and risqué. Living by their "one drawing a day keeps the doctor away" motto, has led to hypnotic portfolio that boasts a vast collection of detailed black-and-white ink drawings of a world where inanimate objects come to life and human body parts take on full human personalities. Often playing with the female form and sexual innuendo, their work is both clever and comical. Mrzyk & Moriceau's work has been exhibited internationally in many group exhibitions, and they have also produced music videos for bands such as The Midnight Juggernauts and Air.
