With every year that passes, some of us find ourselves expecting the start of the new year to be somewhat amazing and while this may be an optimistic way to look at it, it's rarely the case. The transition from 11.59pm on December 31st 2011 to 12.00am on January 2012 will be just like it is on any other day, except maybe you'll be wearing a foolish hat and kissing some random next to you. Either way, we always feel the same after the clock strikes 12 and clearly so do the boys from Death Cab For Cutie. We hope you all have an amazing new year! Dream big, kids!
