Our favourite Sydney illustrator Caitlin Shearer recently collaborated on a fun little project with photographer Meg Meldrum for Audrey Grace boutique. The project features two of Caitlins custom dresses (available soon) and also her sweet illustrations as a backdrop. We think the combination is absolutely perfect!

Hot damn! The Valentino Resort 2013 collection is all sorts of wonderful with its optimistic gentle sun-faded florals, airy peplum tops paired with slim trousers, bead-encrusted short lace dresses. It's almost like the 1960's meets a the ultimate candy shop. Sure, these pieces are waaaaay out of our price range, but you can't help but feel a little inspired and somewhat pretty from looking at them.

Steve Madden's latest campaign Kitcsh Please shot by photographer Marley Kate highlights retro and kitchsy summer styles.  Styled by  Khalym Schell, it's bright and quirky with a 50's feel. What a perfect way to show off Madden's colourful wedges, platforms and flats for summer!

The Alabama Baby look book for Pull & Bear has us feelin' all giddy inside! The romantic and reminiscent style of the look book with it's lace sleeves, floral prints, cotton dresses and skinny pants, delicately showcased on the beautiful Danish supermodel Limkilde Dorte is decadent, beautiful and of course, colourful. Pull&Bear started up in 1991 with a clear international mission and with the intention of dressing young people who are engaged with their environment, who live in the community and relate to each other. Young people who have a casual dress sense, who shun stereotypes and who want to feel good in whatever they are wearing.

How about the Marc Jacobs Resort 13 collection, huh?! We think it's just the right amount of ridiculous with it's bright Pop Art skinny crepe dresses and airy bouffant skirts in over-scale florals. The rose and carnation prints combined with eye-popping color combinations such as rich pink on mint or orange on purple particulary tickled our fancy. Now if only we could afford one of those skirts...
