Let us introduce you all to london based illustrator Lizzy Stewart. Inspired by music and books she wishes she'd written herself, Lizzy's works are laced with the desire to share stories and a strong sense of folk culture. When asked about the messages within her works Lizzy said, "I don’t know if I have a message. Maybe that’s the point of what I do. I want it to be kind of ambiguous. Each image is sort of a capture of a single (fictional) moment and whatever came before or comes after is a mystery so you have to wonder how that situation came to be. Gosh, no that sounds silly. It’s about bears. Mainly it’s about bears." We think she's such a charming little lady. Bears, ftw!_

Kelli Murray is an illustrator, painter and designer from San Diego, California. Drawing on her strong illustrative and design skills, Kelli has successfully created a name and style for herself. Not only does she sell her own designs and prints on etsy, she's also the head designer for clothing line, Jedidiah. We adore her ability to create such innocent and darling works - especially the little woodland creatures! Check out her website here

We love it when artists dabble into more than one discipline and in our humble opinion, it's always more exciting to try new things (unless of course your new experience  involves eating Goat genitals soup in China...)

Spanish creative cat, Raquel Gonzalez enjoys combining her illustrative and fashion design skills together to create a cheeky, stylin' and tasty tray of works. We're on the Raquel bandwagon and we think you ought to be too! Too see more of her work, go have a peek at her website

We are in love. In love with illustrator, Emily C. Woodard. Why? Well for starters she creates the most beautiful obscure fairytale like images and has also worked with Alexander McQueen. Two things we are rather jealous of!

"In the autumn of 2005 E.C Woodard left Cornwall to pursue a career within illustration in London, she studied at the highly acclaimed London College of Communication. "I aim to evoke a sense of history, revealing a beauty and elegance within my illustrations, inspired by times gone by". She uses antique or distressed paper, inks and gold and silver leaf to forge her illustrations and finishes them off in Photoshop. She has enjoyed working for a mixed client base and regularly exhibits her work at sell out shows around the UK. She now resides in North London and works from a small room in an old Victorian workhouse near London Fields." - via illustrationweb.com
